Old cortijo located in the beautiful mountains of the Alpujarra, above the village of Mecina Bombarón.

This Cortijo is located in a beautiful setting surrounded by centinario chestnut trees.

There is a wide variety of planted fruit trees such as apple, pear, peach, cherry and more. These are irrigated from several water springs, one of these is shared and two belong to the farm.

The cortijo has a covered grape vine terrace at the front and a barbecue area next door that includes a sink with running water supplied since spring.

Inside there are two large bedrooms with one of them built into the rock. There is also a lounge with a basic kitchen and wood burning fireplace and a fully functional toilet with enough space for a sink that can be easily installed if desired.

There are many places to visit of interest, and some wonderful walks through the Natural Park and the Sierra Nevada.

The village has shops, banks, restaurants and schools, and is one of the popular villages of the Alpujarras.
